Existing Building Code 2012 (IEBC 2012)

The Existing Building Code 2012 (IEBC 2012) is a model code produced by the International Code Council (ICC). This document provides the foundation for many state and city codes. The IEBC 2012 combined with local jurisdiction amendments form the state codes. Adopting jurisdictions include Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
