The 2022 Construction Codes will take effect on November 7, 2022. The following sections in the General Administrative Provisions would take effect on January 1, 2022:

Article 425 Elevator Agency Technician License;
Article 303 Periodic Boiler Inspections;
Article 304 Elevators and Conveying Systems; and
Article 323 Periodic Inspection of Parking Structures
